About Villa Lipanaa
At Villa Lipanaa we provide daily maid service, which means that our staff comes to clean and refreshen the villa every day. The service include changing of sheets every 3 days and towels as required. Normally they will come by before noon, however, we can usually arrange it to a time that suits our guests.

The Living Room
The living room is furnished in contemporary tropical design with water hyacinth sofa and easy chair. It features a cable tv & DVD entertainment system.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom direct access to the villa's private pool. It is also airconditioned and features a king size bed, television, cable programming incl. news channels and a DVD player.
The Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is slightly smaller than the master bedroom but also enjoys airconditioning, television and DVD player. This bedroom features a queen sized bed.
The Pool and Garden
The lush tropical garden is surrounded by a wall to ensure privacy and the garden features a private pool and a pool terrace with parasol and sun beds.
Other Facilities
Villa Lipanaa also features a simple kitchenette where guests can do basic cooking, a refridgerator, a toaster and other kitchen amenities.
The villa's bathroom enjoys a warm water shower & western toilet.
